Job Description

 

Office Junior required to work within the  Purchasing Dept up to six months

Training will be given to the successful candidate

Duties will include:

Answering the telephone
General administration and office support

The ideal candidate will:

Possess a good standard of education including GCSE Grade 3 and above in English and Maths
Proficient in the use of computers  including Word, Excel and MS Office
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent telephone manner
Professional and friendly approach
A 'can do' flexible attitude and an eye for detail
Self-motivated
Flexible
Keen to learn new skills


Hours of work  Monday - Thursday 7.50am - 5.10pm, Friday 7.50am - 12.30pm
